International publisher Brill is pleased to announce that it has taken on the publishing responsibilities of The Australian Year Book of International Law under its international and human rights law imprint Brill | Nijhoff from the Australia National University.

Brill reports revenues in line with latest guidance and a better than expected EBITDA

Published after stock market close at 5.50 PM today
The year 2018 was a challenging year with disappointing results in the first three quarters.  However, November and December sales results led to a turnaround and revenues stabilized. Substantial progress was made on improving our gross margin, updating our corporate strategy and management structure, integrating previous acquisitions, launching a new online platform and on the continuous development of Brill’s publishing program.

Brill publishes its Annual Report including audited Financial Statements and reports an accounting tax benefit, increasing net income

Today Brill will publish its audited Financial Statements. They are available at brill.com. The Annual Report and Financial Statements (undesigned version; a designed version with chapter bookmarks will be available at a later stage) will be on the agenda of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM),to be held on May 16, 2019 at the Brill premises in Leiden. The convocation notice and the agenda can be found om brill.com as well.
